When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), machine make / model / serial (optional), and your message. We also store a one-way salted hash of your IP address to prevent form abuse. We do not store the raw IP.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, scope service or parts, and follow up on the work. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties.
Cookies and analytics
https://mms.canterbury.ai sets functional cookies required for the site to operate (page state and navigation). We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking.
Retention
Contact submissions are retained while they are useful for the engagement. You can request deletion at any time by emailing parts@mathewsmachinerysolutions.com.
